It is with mixed emotions that I can officially announce that our homeschool will be crossing the ocean to settle (temporarily) in Malaysia inshaAllah. My husband and our three kids and I will be going there as he had a job offer which we could not turn down. It goes without saying that leaving family, friends and the familiarity of home is very difficult... but we have trust in Allah that He is the best of Planners and He has paved the way for us and eased our affairs so far.
I truly believe that travelling enriches a persons life and I feel so blessed to be able to give my kids this opportunity. Im excited for the beaches and sight seeing and even the rainforest treks! But Im also grateful thatt my kids will be able to be exposed to things they will never get the chance to be exposed to here.
